This website belongs to the practice of Dr. Malokhat Sadykova, obstetrician-gynecologist in Dubai. For any question about personal data, write to [email protected].
Through the contact form you provide your name, e-mail address, message and, optionally, a phone number. Sent together with your enquiry are the address of the page you wrote from, your IP address, the date and time, and the language of the form. We need these to reply to you and to tell genuine enquiries from spam.
There are no other forms of our own on the site: the Russian “About” page runs an embedded review form from a third party, Marquiz — see below. We do not ask for health information, but the message box is free text: anything you write there about your condition reaches us with your enquiry. That is why we ask you below not to do so.
Only to answer your enquiry and to book your appointment. We send no newsletters and we do not sell or pass your data to third parties for advertising.
Your enquiry is delivered to the practice mailbox by e-mail. The website has no database and does not store submitted messages. In the mailbox an enquiry is kept for as long as it takes to reply and to continue our correspondence. On your request we will delete it.
The form sends an ordinary e-mail, and such delivery is not secure. Do not include diagnoses, test results or details of your condition. The form is for appointments and general questions — anything about your health is best discussed at the consultation.
The site is served through Cloudflare, which delivers the pages and collects anonymous visit statistics not tied to any individual. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
The home page offers an online chat. It does not load on its own: a button sits in the corner, and only after you press it does the chat engine load, bringing third-party services with it: the Botsheets chat engine, the Stripe payments library, Google Analytics, the FullStory session-recording service and the Rewardful affiliate tracker. Stripe stores a cookie in your browser to recognise your device. Until you press the chat button, none of these services load or set cookies.
The Russian "About" page embeds a review form from a third-party service, Marquiz. Its scripts load together with the page and store a cookie with your referral parameters. The form itself runs in the provider’s embedded frame, and the provider’s own data-handling rules apply to it.
The service pages carry a YouTube video. Nothing is loaded until you press play; after that the embedded YouTube player opens and the provider receives viewing data under its own rules.
The site sets no advertising cookies of its own, but the services listed above set theirs. To avoid them, block third-party scripts in your browser or simply write to us — we will answer without the chat.
You may ask what data of yours we hold, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent to processing. An e-mail to [email protected] is enough. We will respond within a reasonable time.
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top. The current version is always available at this address.
